Leadership

Benoit Loyer

President | Commercial Real Estate Broker | AEO

Benoit Loyer, a proud citizen of Gespe’gewa’gi, is a commercial real estate expert. Born to a Mi’gmaq mother and a French-Canadian father, he specializes in tenant representation and real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition, and disposition of properties. His strategic approach helps clients optimize their spaces, secure the best terms, and maximize the value of their assets.



With over 400 completed projects, Benoit and his team have guided businesses, nonprofits, and First Nations organizations in their real estate planning. His clients include Ivanhoé Cambridge, Cominar, Metro Inc., Jean Coutu, Desjardins, and the First Peoples Justice Centre of Tiohtià:ke, as well as various government and municipal entities. In 2020, they played a key role in establishing the Tesla Centre in Laval, a major project requiring a strategic and collaborative approach.



Committed to his community, Benoit supports emerging Indigenous artists through the Panorama Scholarship and backs initiatives such as the Breakfast Club of Canada. He also shares his expertise through mentorship and speaks at conferences, notably at HEC Montréal.

Kahsennenhawe Sky-Deer

Vice-President, Real Estate & Reconciliation

Kahsennenhawe Sky-Deer is a Kanien’kehá:ka business leader, former politician, and strategist from Kahnawà:ke, near Montreal (Tiohtià:ke). A skilled negotiator, she has spent over a decade driving transformative agreements and positioning First Nations as key players in Canada’s economic future.
 


As Grand Chief of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke, she led major development initiatives and secured multi-billion-dollar economic benefits through a landmark agreement with Sophie Brochu, former President of Hydro-Québec. This deal stands as a model of economic reconciliation in action, proving that strong partnerships with First Nations leaders drive shared prosperity. The agreement has since inspired chiefs and decision-makers across the country and continues to shape major negotiations.

Benoit Loyer is the founder of Panorama, bringing over 20 years of experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional real estate. His expertise spans tenant representation—particularly in office and industrial leasing—and advising investors on transactions involving commercial properties of all types, as well as land with strong development potential.

Guided by strong values, Benoit leads with a long-term vision rooted in collaboration and sustainability. His strategic insight helps clients align their business objectives with responsible, high-impact real estate decisions. With more than 400 successful mandates, he has supported clients across a wide range of sectors in achieving their goals.

In addition to his professional work, Benoit is deeply committed to social impact. He created the Panorama Bursary to support Canada’s emerging First Nations artists and serves as Chair of the Montreal First Peoples Festival—an internationally recognized event that has been celebrating First Nations cultures for over 35 years. Benoit is a proud citizen of the Mi’gmaq territory of Gespe’gewa’gi in Quebec.

A graduate of McGill University and the First Nations Executive Education Program in Economic Reconciliation at HEC Montréal, Susan brings cultural sensitivity and strategic depth to her work.
